We are a very knowledgeable ski and snowboard business, who love getting the best out of our time on the mountains.

Our origins are former winter sports retailer Edge & Wax, a multiple award winning ski shop with it’s sister store Bliss Snowboards. Sadly the retailer closed last year after 8 years of serving awesome customers with similar interests. We were a victim of European pricing, the fear of Brexit overseas, the sale of our base of operations and bluntly growing far too quickly! Edge & Wax started in 2007 at the back of founder Scott Hargrave’s garden in a shed, helping teach people to service their own skis and snowboards, and selling the right tools for the job offering friendly advice along the way.

So now, in 2017, Scott returned to his roots servicing skis and snowboards for friends and former customers and focused initially on selling ski and snowboard tuning equipment and waxes as Ski & Snowboard Wax which slowly grew

And at the end of 2019 we have gone full time once again with a dedicated workshop and boot fitting facility – The Skiers Barn, an old barn that was a former cold storage and in the distant past a secure location for casualties of WW2 when Knepp Castle became an allies hospital.

Our small and friendly team has a wealth of knowledge around wintersports, and the latest ski and snowboard servicing methods and boot fitting techniques.

Thank you for putting your trust in The Skiers Lounge / Ski & Snowboard Wax for your wintersports needs.
