As a busy ski and snowboard workshop we have very limited space to store skis ready for collection. In recent times we have found ourselves holding on to servicing longer than many would seem reasonable – the record is 14 months! So we are now having to ask customers to collect their servicing within 7 working days of being notified that the equipment is ready for collection. Here are some useful tips though:

  • We have our out of hours ski lockers that allow you to collect your servicing outside of our opening hours. This service is free, and requires at least 24 hours notice for us to set a locker up for you. Once you have been advised all your servicing is ready, simply book a collection locker at the following link. We will send a confirmation with a lock code and also a payment link to pay for your servicing from you phone or computer in just a minute. Once paid we will place your servicing in the locker for collection:

  • If you are unable to get to use within 7 working days and do not wish to use the locker service, please contact us by phone or email or reply to your servicing text to let us know when you will be able to collect. We will then store your equipment free of charge for up to 2 weeks safely for you.

What if you do not collect your servicing from us within 7 working days?

If you do not collect your servicing from us within the 7 working day time period or at an agreed time in advance, then we will now be applying a storage fee of £10 per week, per item of servicing. This is to cover the cost of new storage space, moving the equipment to and from the storage area, and insurance.

Our preference would be to not have to charge any storage fees and move your skis or snowboard around unnecessarily so we hope that our customers new and old will understand why we have had to make this change, and help us to ensure we can continue to offer the high levels of ski and snowboard servicing we offer.
