Our NEW ski and snowboard servicing lockers allow you to drop your servicing off outside of our working hours securely, at your convenience.

You can check our locker availability and book a locker online 24/7 on our locker booking page.

A Few Key Things To Know Before You Book

  • You can drop off/collect up to 5 pairs of skis and/or snowboards in a single locker. If you need to drop off more items outside of our opening hours please call us so we can assist.
  • Please remove all bags and ski straps so these do not get mislaid in our busy workshop.
  • Snowboards, please remove your bindings as always. We cannot service snowboards properly with the bindings on. If you cannot do this, we will remove them for you, record your settings, and reinstall them but there will be a £5 surcharge.
  • Payment will be taken once the servicing is completed online or over the phone.
  • If you need to collect out of hours we can arrange this for you when you pay for your servicing.

How To Use Our Locker Service

Booking & Dropping Off

  1. Make a booking on our online system. Select "00:00" for a morning drop-off to reserve the locker from 12am to 12pm. Select "12:00" for an evening drop-off to reserve the locker from 12pm to 12am.
  2. Enter the Make, Model and if possible length for each item on the booking form. Add any notes such as the servicing level you think you need, or anything that needs looking at or noting.
  3. If you want us to check ski bindings we will require 1 ski boot for each pair of skis. We will then contact you for additional information to complete a check. (£5 per pair)
  4. Complete for each set of skis or snowboard and then click to confirm your booking. We will send you a confirmation right away, so please check your junk mail if you have not received this within a minute or two.
  5. The next working day we will book your request in and will email you a 4 digit security code and locker number. If you have not received this and have checked your junk email 24 hours before your booking please call us on 01403 915 655 so we can check your booking with you.
  6. Bring your servicing to drop off in your locker as per your booking. It is very dark on the Knepp Estate at night as we are on a nature rewilding reserve, so please drive slowly. The ski lockers have automatic external and internal lighting to help you entering your code. Please carefully put your equipment in the locker, close the door and lock the door, making sure the lock is closed and the code scrambled on the lock.

Inspections and Servicing

  1. We will assess your servicing, and recommend a service level and any work that is required for each item left in the locker. We will advise you of this and ask for confirmation.
  2. If we haven't received a response after 48 hours we will continue to service the equipment based on our recommendations as our workshop is very busy and we need to keep work flowing and ensure your - and other customers - servicing is completed on time.

Collecting Your Ski and Snowboard Servicing

Payment and Collection

  1. We will message you when your servicing is all complete, and advise you how to make payment online by texting you a payment link.
  2. If you need to collect out of opening hours, we will arrange a locker for you to collect your equipment from on an agreed time/day, and confirm the security code to you.
  3. When you collect your equipment, please ensure you remove all your items, and please secure the door with the padlock and scramble the combination.

If you have any questions about our ski and snowboard locker service, please call us on 01403 915 655 during opening hours, or contact us by online message.
