The Extrem Project 91 Skis are a model for the skier who demands performance in all possible conditions on the frontside of the mountain, from carving up freshly groomed runs, to slushy moguls and windpacked snow.
This is an ex-demo model in excellent condition, 177cm long, it has been used for less than a full day. The bases and edges are in as new condition, and the top sheet and nose has absolutely minimal marks from a days use on the slopes.
They come fitted with Look SPX bindings pre mounted, offering 20mm or 2 boot sizes of adjustement, and we will redrill if required to our usual high standards using wood dowel plugs.
The stable and well dampened Titanal construction has been combined with a geometry featuring a well-balanced mix of rocker and taper. This creates a ski that is agile and turns smoothly even at lower speeds, while remaining super stable even when the speeds reach Mach levels.
The Project 91 blends power and agility in a unique way, making it suitable for a wide range of skiers in all possible types of snow conditions. This is a ski designed to dominate the frontside of the mountain from first to last chair, always begging for more.
Video Review For The Project 91 by Extrem Ski Co.
Our Ski Tester's Ski Review for The Extrem Project 91 2026 SkisAn incredible ski - don't think of this as a 91mm or wider all-mountain ski, as thanks to the sloping sidewalls the ski is as effective as an 88mm ski when carving, but offers the balance and float of a wider ski when required. The secret sauce? - Rubber damping in the tip and tail and sandwiched in the edges, combined with titanal to dampen the ski and increase edge hold. I have skied on its narrower brother the Project 83 for years but will be swapping out to the 91mm this season thanks to its versatility and performance especially through the WHOLE day from icy bulletproof pistes first thing to slush in the afternoon...

Extrem Ski Co - Sustainability as standard
Living in the mountains, Extrem get a first-hand view of the changes happening to our environment. But sustainability to Extrem Skis has never been about using fancy buzzwords to describe business practices; it’s about what they do every day to produce skis in a way that causes the least possible harm to the nature that surrounds us and to offer a safe and inclusive work environment for their employees. Coming from Jämtland in northern Sweden, bragging isn’t part of their DNA, they prefer sticking to cold, hard facts instead.
Skis built to last Extrem use the thickest steel edges, bases and ABS sidewalls in the industry.
100% renewable energy Northern Sweden uses 100% renewable and 100% fossil-free electricity. In fact, the cleanest in the world (app.electricitymaps.com)
Pre-preg construction Extrem use pre-preg fiberglass and carbon fiber instead of liquid epoxy, which otherwise is the standard in the ski industry.
Minimal use of chemicals Extrem always strive to keep their use of harmful chemicals to a minimum.
Waste management They sort and compact all of their waste. It’s then collected by one of the best recycling and waste management companies in the world.
Bio-based and recycled materials Extrem use bio-based and recycled materials when possible without compromising the quality of their skis.
• 100% recycled ABS sidewalls
• 50% recycled topsheets
• 26% recycled steel edges
Carbon footprint One pair of Extrem Skis has a carbon footprint of 28,8 kg CO2, including production, waste management, transportation, and materials.
The world’s most sustainable ski production All this means that Extrem Skis is, in fact, one of the most sustainable ski brands in the world. If not the most sustainable.
